When will it open?
We opened autumn 2018. Phase 2 of LevelQ in Phoenix House opened June 2019.
How much does an office cost?
Prices vary according to a range of factors but will be less than you might think!
Do I have to rent an office?
It’s possible to use our facilities and network in the building for a small fee without renting an office.
Will I have to sign a long lease?
No! We can help businesses by working on a month to month basis.

Is there a car park?
Yes we have loads of parking immediately around our buildings.
Can I have my phone calls answered and mail stored?
Yes we can do all of that and more for you!
What gym facilities do you have?
As well as a fitness room with machinery we also have an onsite 5 a side pitch available for all to use!
How fast is the broadband?
Our capacity is a genuine (not hyped) 1,000 meg.
Can I hold large meetings at the building?
Yes and we have a boardroom with top notch audio conference facilities.
Is the building open 24/7?
Yes access is definitely 24/7. Our reception is staffed during normal office hours.
Can you accommodate businesses of over 30 people?
Definitely. Just get in touch and we can talk about creating a perfect space for your business.
Can I bring my dog to work?
Yes - we love dogs! Some rules apply - get in touch for more info.
Are there any networking opportunities?
We’ll hold regular fun events which allow everyone the chance to meet like minded people and businesses.
Can I cycle to work?
Yes we encourage people to cycle and we have bike racks on site.
